Golden colour, champagnelike sparkling head. Aroma of malt and toffee. Firm and full bodied, yet with light, sparkling mouthfeel. Medium sweet. Fresh and peppery. Very complex, yet drinkable. A good beer, but only the presentation is really fantastic.
