Girardin Kriek is purple dark, ruby red; nice, stable, milky foam; perfect balance between the cherry, oak and pits aromas; almost no volatile acidity but a very pronounced Brettanomyces character; barely detectable solvent note; moderate sourness and bitterness; slightly sweet and astringent.

We then clarify, filter and bottle it. Kriek Boon has an alcohol volume of 4% and is available in kegs of 20 litres, 25 cl bottles with crown cap and bottles of 37.5 cl and 75 cl with cork.
